I have never left a review before. The service from Reading Aerials is the first time I have felt motivated to do so. I mean it's hard to sum up how good the experience was. I mean I was having some cables fitted not a nice meal out with the family yet it has still made me leave this review. The guy who fitted our cables (Rob) was absolutely mint. He diagnosed the problem really well and came up with a solution. When he came back to fit the new cables everything he did was great. The only problem was he didn't charge enough given how good the experience was :-)

I had been having issues with receiving tv channels, Rad arrived and within 15 minutes had diagnosed the problem. He gave me two options and I chose to have a new satellite dish. Rad installed the dish immediately. The whole service I received was professional, timely and informative. I highly recommend Reading Aerials.

This was a very good experience from start to finish. Prompt and professional with great communication and Rad (the fitter) was courteous and quick with his work. Couldn't ask for anything more and very happy to recommend.

Quick to respond to my original contact. Came round soon after to test the signal and give an estimate and then did the job the same day. Tom was very helpful and explained everything clearly, including the different options. Our old aerials must have been nearly 30 years old so it was not the easiest of jobs. Price was about what we would have expected and reasonable.

Brilliant. I emailed for a quote for a new terrestrial TV aerial. An hour later: job done. Wow! New aerial in the attic. TV re-tuned to all the new stations. Working fine ever since.

We've had Reading Aerial Services out twice now to wall mount our TV and also to wall mount some sonos speakers. They have been absolutely great! The work was very professional and very safe. The guys who came out were very friendly and nice. We could tell they really know their stuff and overall the price was reasonable for the work involved. Would definitely recommend them!

Excellent service from Rad. He was very helpful and made the improvements to my sat system that picks up European as well as UK satellites. He also had to troubleshoot cabling problems that had been caused by an electrician - well done! Very experienced at wall mounting televisions, too! I would definitely use again.

From my original enquiry the service has been excellent. The initial visit and quotation was prompt. The date was set for the work to be carried out and Carla made contact beforehand to make everything was still ok. On the day of installation Dan went through my requirements again and just got on with it. He and his colleague removed an external aerial, Sky Dish, and all external wiring replacing it with just one wire going into the loft and giving us Virgin and aerial points in 7 rooms as well as a new internal aerial and fitting a new TV to a wall. A definite 10 out 10 in all respect.

Highest standard possible on complicated jobs. Supreme efficiency combined with excellent innovative ideas for streamlined running of seven independent TVs, some Sky, some state-of-the-art FreeSat, some both. In addition set up fast internet in weaker areas including garden. When falling tree severed internet cable they returned quickly after new cable installed to reconnect TV systems. Fixed everything in a trice! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company: highest standard of workmanship, tidy, on time, polite, resourceful and all at a very reasonable price. Can't fault them.

We don't have a standard satellite setup, as we prefer FTA to Sky or Freesat, and needed an upgrade. Rad came out and understood the problem, ordered the parts required, and a few days later made the changes. Excellent service.

Excellent work by Dan, I have many extra channels with the new Aerial, WI-FI all round the house thanks to the Internet extender and a video surveillance system I can check on my phone thanks to the cameras.

Rad did an excellent job at removing unused cables from 80s build property with cables all around. Replaced LNB on a dish to convert from Sky to Free Sat. The best aspect of all of the work was top-notch wiring skills. They look organised and pleasing to the eyes.

We contacted Reading Aerials to install FreeSat boxes and convert our sky dish to receive the new signal. The service was excellent and completed very quickly and efficiently. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Andre from RASL was extremely thorough and courteous in resolving a long-term reception problem with one of our bedroom TVs. On arrival he checked the signal feed from the two aerial masts. He quickly identified the source of the problem and provided a quote to remedy the issue, before proceeding to carry out the necessary work. All in a timely and considerate fashion. We are extremely pleased with the results and would happily use RASL again.
