After some delays which were outside his control but which he kept me fully informed about, Paul Stacey called during lockdown to replace my TV aerial. He was exemplary in his adherence to and respect for the lockdown rules. The cost was within the range he had quoted and entirely appropriate. I was very pleased with the work carried out and can strongly recommend him.

Paul was prompt to diagnose a signal problem. He immediately sourced and fixed the problem at a fair price. He returned at a later date to install an additional aerial point. All work guaranteed for 1 year. Well pleased with his service.

I had no hesitation giving them the go-ahead straightaway and found that they had come prepared to set up the aerial right then. Excellent - Rob came round and fixed the poor reception on our kitchen TV. The wiring in the loft was all wrong and he rerouted the correct aerial wire to the kitchen and within 15 mins we had a good signal for freeview. He was polite, friendly and rang several times to confirm the appointment time before arriving on time.  Excellent work from Acorn Aerials. Well recommended.
