Kevin returned about 20 years after my original Sky installation to update my setup. This time he installed a Starlink satellite internet connection for me, in the process consolidating my TV, radio and Sky aerials onto the same mount. Despite a bit of rain, Kevin got the whole job done quickly, the result is really tidy and it all works perfectly on the different services. The Starlink connection is more than 10 times faster than the wired internet (there is no fibre here) so a magnificent outcome. I would recommend Kevin for your TV, radio and Starlink requirements

Called Absolute Digital as our TV was periodically suffering picture break up and had trouble detecting a number of channels during auto tuning. Suspected our aging aerial system was the main culprit. Called Kevin who then visited our property and performed a thorough appraisal of our current setup, with recommendations / costs of an upgrade to our aerial and cabling. All work completed the same afternoon. Kevin also took the time to check the setup and tuning of our TV and VCR units. We now have impeccable reception plus about twice as many TV channels as before. Kevin was punctual, polite , professional and highly knowledgeable. He took great care around our property and had high respect for Health and Safety. We would highly recommend without hesitation. A great ambassador to the Little Green Book.

Absolute Digital? Absolute marvel! My elderly mother had lost her TV signal, so I called various people the following morning to try and get it looked at quickly. Kevin was on an existing job but said he would come round in the afternoon. He arrived as quickly as he could and was able to diagnose the issue, replacing the cabling from top to bottom despite the fading light and the cold! He left very little mess and charged less than I expected. So glad we used him again (he had done our aerial last year) - and my mother is extremely happy.

We recently has the need for an urgent aerial to be fitted due to our Virign Media cable being cut and Virgin not being able to come out for 4 days. This was at lunchtime on a Friday afternoon so rather urgent. Called Kevin at Absolute Digital and he came out within an hour. Looked at our problem and was able to do a temporary fix on the Virgin Media cable that had been cut. We still went ahead with the digital aerial which was fitted in the loft space and give us a fantastic reception on our Freeview TV. I would highly recommend Kevin for his professionalism and workmanship, even being able to do the temporary fix on the cable and coming out on a Friday afternoon.

Our ancient aerial suffered at the hands of Storm Eunice and Kevin was able to come out a few days after I called. He arrived promptly and fixed up a new aerial and cabling on the roof with the minimum of fuss, no mess and a reasonable cost! Lovely chatty person and I can highly recommend him for anyone that needs his services.

I am really pleased with the excellent customer service l received and quality of the work. I contacted Kevin on a Saturday and he rang me back, true to his word. He turned up on time at a property that l rent out. His workmanship is excellent and his pricing is what l was expecting so very fair. Kevin did some work at my parents property recently and they were very pleased so when we started having signal problems at our property I contacted Kevin. He was highly responsive and flexible, coming round quickly. He confirmed the problem with our amplifier and changed this for us. He was friendly and clear on costs up front (which were very reasonable). Little things like Kevin removing his shoes before entering the property, without being asked, also showed he took care and was considerate when carrying out work. Our TV screen had become more and more 'pixellated' over a week until we had virtually no TV signal at all during parts of the day. We called out a local firm who replaced a 'head amplifier' in the loft. After some hours the situation was just as bad. I found Absolute Digital in an old copy of 'The Directory of Excellence' (Little Green Book) and spoke to Kevin, who said he could come in a couple of days. When he arrived he had much more impressive electronic diagnostic equipment and located the problem quickly, which was a decades-old multi-point distribution box for the aerial leads in the loft. (I had suggested this to the previous firm, but they told me that they never go wrong!) Kevin had one on board, took little time to install it and I could see that straightaway we could get all channels on all sets in the house - job done! He guarantees his work and I would have no hesitation in using him again or in recommending him for all TV work.

After getting 3 quotes for a kitchen TV installation and external aerial, I decided to go with Absolute digital as I felt Kevin really listened to what I wanted and was happy to provide exactly that rather than try and persuade me to take easier options which would have looked less attractive. In addition he is able to do all his own wiring which means they can complete the entire job in one sitting. I think Absolute Digital did a fantastic job from start to finish, they were tidy and polite, kept me udpdated with progress and worked in a timely and efficient manner. What we got was exactly what we wanted, and was charged exactly as quoted. I would recommend Kevin and his colleague to anyone considering similar work as they did a fantastic job.

Kevin responded very promptly when I enquired about having two TVs installed in spare bedrooms. He arranged a date to come and discuss our ideas, gave excellent advice, sussed we would like to get the job soon without us asking, and offered to come 2 days later. The job wasn't straight forward, and required aerial and power sockets extended to each room, which were completed without obtrusive cables. The two TVs were also fixed on brackets, and we are delighted with his work. Recommended.
