Paul recently replaced the Aqualisa electric shower in our bathroom. He responded promptly to our initial enquiry, quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a quote to supply and fit a new one within a few days. This included his recommendation for something that might prolong the life of the shower in future since we are in a hard water area. He arrived promptly on the day agreed to carry out the work, which was completed to our satisfaction. As a registered Aqualisa installer, he also undertook to register the appliance for guarantee purposes, something we'd had to do ourselves previously. We will definitely use Paul again for any plumbing needs we have.

We grouped together a number of smaller jobs (improving hot water flow in the kitchen, fixing two poorly operating flushes, repairing a shower temperature control) before calling Paul out and he did a great job on all of them. He stuck to the original quote despite one of the jobs taking longer than expected and he also spotted and fixed a couple of other small problems. For example, we didn't have hot water connected in our utility room. It hadn't really bothered us before, but Paul spotted and fixed it and now it is available it's really helpful. Paul was also very nice with our 3 year old who was fascinated by what he was up to. Thanks very much Paul.
