We were considering changing to a walk-in shower as we were concerned about slipping and falling when getting in and out of our over bath shower. Rays company was recommended to us and from the start Ray was very proactive in recommending fixtures and fittings and was very knowledgeable of what was available and what would be most suitable for us. He visited before work started and introduced us to his fitter, so we knew who was doing the actual work. Ray arranged purchase and delivery of all sanitary ware and materials and provided a very detailed breakdown of all costs involved including labour costs, so we could see exactly what we were paying for. We were impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail.
When we had agreed what was required a suitable date was arranged and his workmen arrived on time. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently with little inconvenience to us, they were courteous, presentable and tidied up at the end of each day. Protective covering was put on the stairs and all waste material placed in a large bag on the drive so there was no mess. Ray was always involved and visited regularly to make sure all was going well. The standard of workmanship was excellent, and his team were a pleasure to have in the house.
The fixtures and fittings that Ray recommended were of excellent quality and were exactly as we required. The little touches he suggested, like a recess to hold toiletries and plinth lights activated by a movement sensor have proved invaluable. Ray has also been available if any follow-up adjustments were required.
Ray runs an efficient team that focuses on the needs of the customer and provides an excellent efficient service of a high standard, and I would not hesitate to recommend his company.

I received an excellent service from TV Kitchens. Ray is so knowledgeable, an amazing designer, patient and professional. I couldn’t be happier with my new kitchen and bathroom and believe me when I say it was a huge task; the transformation was unbelievable.
I also had a shower room fitted upstairs with the space literally made from nowhere; ingenious design. I am so pleased!
My other smaller restorations around my home have been spot on too including refurnished doors and fireplaces.
His team are so polite and efficient, I felt at ease with them around. Top class all round.

Ray and his team transformed our bathroom into a wet room. They were sensitive to my husband’s needs (he is unable to walk) and rearranged the room plan to give us more space in a way that we hadn’t considered. The team were reliable, professional and friendly. We were very happy with the standard of work.
