Really pleased with the job Mark and his team did of renovating our kitchen. He is friendly, efficient, tidy and did a first rate job. Mark and his team made a fabulous job fitting my new kitchen, I was very nervous as to how it would look when finished as we were looking to have a wall removed and therefore had to have a steel put in. Mark helped us through the process and assured us that the change would be amazing. He was absolutely true to his word and we now have a much bigger kitchen that we love. Obviously there was a lot of managing to do with regards to electricians, plasterers, steel input, plumber for the heating and of course himself fitting it and he project managed it all to the nth degree and the finished product is fabulous and a joy to work in. I would certainly recommend Mark every time as his work ethic is first class. Mark was originally recommended to me by my brother and therefore I was able to see his work first hand so knew that we were in very capable hands. This was the second kitchen that Mark has done for us and I can honestly say I have been extremely pleased with both. I would also like to say the professionalism of him and all the team was brilliant we even went away whilst some of the work was taking place as he and the team are completely trustworthy and worked tirelessly whilst we were gone. Mark and his team have just fitted our new kitchen which has exceeded our expectations. From the start Mark guided us through the project using his extensive knowledge and experience to sort out any layout features to reach the most practical design for our kitchen. Mark, Pete the electrician and Paul the tiler all did a superb job . Mark and his team were great company during project and very trustworthy and we were quite happy to go out during the project. We would thoroughly recommend Mark and his team to anybody requiring a new kitchen installation.

Our kitchen renovation project started in July '21, when Mark and his team took the first step and started taking down an internal wall, but our search for the right company to undertake the work actually started many months sooner. Our choice of company was initially influenced by the desire to 'keep it local', knowing that small companies were suffering more during lockdown. We felt it was a bit of a risk, because you always think the larger (national) companies may do a better job, but we are thrilled that, in the end, we went with a local business and selected Mark Crallan Kitchens. We'd read 100's of online reviews and Mark was one of a few experienced fitters that we met with. Within minutes of meeting Mark we knew we'd found the right guy, no question, end of search! Our project was to remove an internal dividing wall, effectively absorbing a small utility into the kitchen footprint, making for a 7mtr long kitchen with a feature island. Throughout the work being done, Mark was instrumental in making suggestions, he even assisted with the online planning tool and helped us select more functional cabinets and improved features. Mark and the whole team are, in a word, brilliant!..... From the builder, plasterer, plumber and electricians he's partnered with they are all so professional, friendly, good natured and helpful. The small snags we encountered, from historical home improvements, were easily overcome and in many cases made even better. Nothing was ever an issue. Every one of the team took pride in their work and did each piece of work respectful to the trade that was 'next on site'. Most of our deliveries were delayed, pretty much every appliance and accessory was late, but Mark adapted his schedule and that of the team, so deadlines, although tight, never made us feel inconvenienced. Mark has a keen eye for detail and is definitely a perfectionist. Fit and finish is top quality! We are incredibly pleased with the final outcome and what Mark and his colleagues have installed is well beyond our expectations. Yes, it's a long review, when we could've simply said 'highly recommended - 5 star service', but Mark and the guys all deserve the credit and accolade for what they have done for us in our family home! They are all fantastic! So, bottom line... No hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mark Crallan Kitchens as a business, and Mark himself as a project manager!

We were confident that Mark and his team would make an excellent job of our project as they came highly recommended. However, they have totally exceeded our expectations and we are absolutely over the moon with the finished result. They have completely transformed our old, tired, separate kitchen and dining room into an amazing new modern open space. They have also transformed our utility area into a light, bright beautifully fitted room. Mark has been first class from start to finish and his attention to detail is outstanding! Mark and his team have just completed transforming our kitchen and dining areas into an open plan layout which included knocking through two rooms and relocating a utility room within this space. The new kitchen has been fitted to an exceptionally high standard and Mark has a high attention to detail that ensures the finished product looks fantastic. From our first interaction with Mark, right through to the end of the work we found him friendly, reliable and he was a pleasure to have working in our home. This can be said for the whole team of crafts people that he uses along the way and its reassuring to know he has a network of trustworthy people to work alongside him. I cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough. Through his friendly professionalism to high quality work and attention to detail, Mark led us through the whole process from initial kitchen and build design to a very pleasing end result. Mark works with a great team of builders, electricians, plasterers, so that the whole process is seamless, with maximum efficiency, and a team that enjoy working with each other. Our job was large building and kitchen extension, patio installation as well as complete kitchen removal and refit and Mark project managed all the way. He comes very highly recommended.

From the start of the project right through to the end, Mark inspired confidence that we could transform our home effectively. His patience as we asked questions at all stages of the project was amazing, and he provided reassurance all the way. Such a big project inevitably causes upheaval, but this was kept to a minimum throughout and we were kept informed at all times. Mark and his team just installed our kitchen and utility room; we are over the moon with the end result. The work took just over two weeks to complete and was made less stressful for us due to Mark's calm demeanour and professionalism. Mark adjusted the design to make better use of the kitchen space and was able to implement any last minute requests that we cheekily made. I would thoroughly recommend Mark to anyone considering having their kitchen done and would definitely use his services again. The overall cost of the work completed was reasonable and great value, no hidden extra's and the workmanship is amazing.

Mark and his team installed our kitchen in Wokingham in February 2020. The work was done to a high standard, on-time and on budget. Mark was friendly and reliable throughout the project and he project managed the electricians, plasterers and gas engineer very smoothly. Mark contributed significantly to the overall design and added some really nice touches to adapt our kitchen to quite a small, awkward space. Mark installed a kitchen for us in Bracknell. He was great from when he first turned up to look at the design and suggest improvements and help us understand the process and time for each part of the plan. He turned up promptly, worked efficiently and incredibly neatly, even the rubbish bag outside was neatly packed! All of the rest of the team Mark used (plasters and electrician) worked in the same way and did excellent jobs. The kitchen looks fantastic, was delivered on time and Mark was a pleasure to work with, I couldn't recommend highly enough!

Mark fitted our kitchen this summer and did an incredible job. It went from being a room separated effectively into two zones by an ugly pillar in the middle to a stunning open space. Mark’s craftsmanship was superb, and everything was fitted to be millimetre perfect which was challenging given the age of the house and the odd shapes to work with. Mark was always clean and tidy, as well as being courteous and very hard working - Mark and his team really put the hours in to get it right. ‘That’ll do’ would never do. That team included an electrician, plasterers and builders, who Mark organised like clockwork to ensure the job kept moving forward on every single day of the three and a half week job. We couldn’t be happier with the end result and will have no hesitation in using Mark again, and of course recommending him to others. Thank you Mark!

Mark Crallan has now fitted / project managed two kitchens for us in the space of 5 years (different homes) and we have been very happy with him and his work on both occasions. When planning our first kitchen we received a strong recommendation to use Mark from a family member who was very happy with the work he had done for them. We asked for him specifically and we were very happy that we did.

Both kitchens involved a complete remodelling of the area with a wall in each being removed to create larger kitchen dinner areas. We also needed extensive electrical and lighting work, plastering and finishing not to mention the fitting of complete new kitchens, work tops and appliances in both. 

From the very beginning Mark put us at ease with his extensive knowledge and experience and even helped us with a few design features that we are very grateful for. Mark used his own contractors for electrical and lighting work, plastering and for the second wall to be removed as it was a structural and required  a steel. In both projects the contractors did great (and punctual) work under Marks supervision which contributed to the exceptional finished kitchens which we are very proud of.

In short Mark is friendly, professional, experienced and most importantly does a fantastic job. I would 100% recommend Mark to anyone and will be using him again in the future.

Mark Crallan recently refitted the Utility room in our home. The whole thing was completed to a very high standard.

The schedule that Mark put in place, taking out the existing cupboards, plumbing, electrics, disposal of everything, and then fitting the new units was done to a very high standard. Mark was always on time, and the standard of work was done to a very high standard. 

We would not hesitate to highly recommend him.

Initially I was let down by another Kitchen Installer. I was recommended by my neighbour to contact Mark as he was very pleased with work he had carried out earlier in the month.

On contacting him he was very professional and would come an give an estimate on the design I had in my possession. Unfortunately due to other commitments he would be unable to carry out the work for a few weeks.  He later contacted me to say one of the jobs had requested to be delayed and he could start in two weeks, which allowed us to make suitable arrangements for the work to be carried out.

Mark reorganised the plans within a morning with a kitchen supplier and the work commenced on schedule.

Mark totally arranged a team of electricians, plasters and heating engineers. All arrived and finished on schedule, to our great satisfaction.

His personal work was incredibly precise to the extent I had a separate company to come and measure for some glass finishes, the operator was so impressed by the exact finish he had never come across so exacting fitting.

He is extremely trustworthy as we had to leave the house at times and the work carried as usual.

The work carried out was to dismantle the old kitchen and utility room and replace all units, electrical, plumbing and heating work to the latest regulations.

I would thoroughly recommend Mark to carry out any kitchen installations.
