We are delighted with the results of Nigel's work in both our front and back garden. Nigel's experience is such that he is able to understand and deliver exactly what you have in mind. We wanted a bespoke raised bed made from railway sleepers to replace one that had rotted away and also to add supports to it so that it looks like a mini pergola. It is beautiful! Now our well established jasmine, that had been languishing in its old home, has somewhere fabulous to grow and flourish.
He also finished off our front garden which sadly had had been covered with weed control black plastic for 18 months! Now it has a covering of gravel which complements the colour of the brickwork of the house, with stepping stones to the side leading to the new side gate, also replaced by Nigel. The neighbours are very impressed! -

Nigel built a raised flower bed for me, using new treated timber sleepers.

Nigel undertook work to replace the decking area of our garden with sandstone patio. His work was to an extremely high standard and he carried out the work professionally throughout the three days he was working. Not only did he remove the old decking he also kept his workspace tidy and self-contained. He was also very friendly and communicated with us throughout the work.

Nigel has just completed a large patio and construction of a gazebo in our garden. The work has been carried out to a very high standard and with professionalism throughout. We strongly recommend Abbott Landscaping to anyone contemplating a future major project without reservation. In April 2021 we engaged Nigel to completely renovate our tired back garden. We needed clearance, new 31 metre horizontal wooden screening, 70 square metres of Bradstone porcelain patio and paving, four large sleeper beds, top soil levelling (12 tonnes) and 33 square metres of lawn turf.
The project was completed on time, to the highest quality standards and at a cost which we considered fair and reasonable.
Nigel works so hard, was prompt, extremely reliable and was totally devoted to the task. There was only one job to finish that was on his horizon and that was our’s. He took a pride in delivering a good outcome and we were delighted by everything that he has done for us. You take a calculated risk when you engage any company for major work on your property. In this case we made the right choice and would be happy to recommend Nigel for any future undertaking, large or small. -

Nigel designed and built a large patio and path area for us in the summer of 2008. The patio area was laid out in York stone with a substantial brick wall built in tiers around it. Abbott Landscaping re-laid out entire driveway with new scalping and gravel. Nigel worked extremely hard clearing the existing drive and making good and we were delighted with the results, which still look good 2 years after the drive was completed.
