I recently had Nathan and his colleague build a pergola in my back garden. Nathan had some good suggestions on the design which I liked. The end result with a trellis back is really nice. It gives added privacy at the back and adds a lovely feature in the garden. He also put down gravel to connect it to the areas either side to complete the look . Very pleased with it!

Highly recommend Nathan for any fencing work. Really great to work with, was very friendly and accommodating and the finish product was even better than we hoped. He did what a lot of others don't and that was reviewed his work as if he was the client and on a couple of occasions when he questioned the quality of the panels or the paint colour, he liaised with us rather than just carry on. never seemed to stop smiling even after he disturbed the second wasp nest in the hedge and got stung 8 times !!. Defo use him, you won't be disappointed. Have him now quoting to strip down and treat a large decking area as well as a large wooden cabin.

Nathan provided a very competitive quote and he and his colleague, Calvin, worked incredibly hard cutting back some overgrown shrubs, trees, rose arbour and high hedge as well as managing to uproot and dig out some very established but regrettably dead buxus bushes that had died in last summer's blight of spider-mite. In addition, my patio was jet washed and is looking amazing. All the garden waste was cleared up in a very tidy fashion and attention was clearly given to the way shrubs were cut and shaped. I would highly recommend these two guys who worked diligently for over 4 hours and always with a smile and will be using them again at my daughter's place and again at mine.

I can't recommend these guys more highly. We had an issue with a collapsed garden gate-post (gone rotten with age) which for security we felt needed fixing quite quickly. We sent out some emails, got a response from Fencing and Clearance within an hour, a site visit the next day, and the problem solved by 2 new posts and the gate rehung by the mddile of the following week. It wasn't a huge job but obviously an important one, and (seemingly) too small for some contractors to take an interest in. But we had two cheerful young men with us for a couple of hours during the second half of an afternoon - which we all thought would provide enough time. But they returned the following morning for at least an hour to correct something they thought hadn't worked out quite right. We were pleased both with the care they took and with the size of the eventual bill!

Nathan is a man of many skills. I called him and left a message. He called me back and came to see me the same day, to quote for various jobs we needed doing. He quoted a price that we agreed. He re grouted the tiles in our downstairs toilet. Fixed a window, fitted a ring doorbell and made sure it was all working properly. Then he came back to sort out some stuff in our garden. He cut 3 ft off the top of our laurel hedge, among other things. He’s very amiable and hard working. We will definitely be using him again. Next week he’s fitting some velux blinds for us. He removed the broken post, sourced the replacement post and installed the new post without damaging any plants in the flowerbed adjoining the fence. I commissioned Nathan to do some garden clearance work for me after several months of neglect. The work was varied including bush removal, weeding and trimming. This was not a small task and by coincidence the work was scheduled during a heatwave which meant the work carried over two days instead of one. Despite this, Nathan did not complain or ask for additional remuneration and completed the work within the two days. I could not have been happier with the end result. Both my front and back gardens were left in a pristine condition and completely transformed from their previous state. Even the small weeds in between my patio tiles had been removed. The job involved replacing the gate posts on an entrance about 10 foot wide but wished to retain the existing gates. The posts John installed were stronger and larger than the previous posts which involved removing some of a small sub wall to keep the entrance wide enough to re install the gates. The original start date was a very wet day, John kept us informed and started the work the following day. Both posts were installed in the day but to allow the concrete to set John returned to refit the existing gates. Very pleased with the work, tidiness and would be pleased to use his services again.
