Ben gave good choices and advice for choosing a laptop which he then set up for me. Later he was very helpful over the phone sorting out a minor problem. I would be very happy to recommend him to anyone who needed computer help and advice.

Ben Roberts is a true professional. Informed us of the problems without any sugar coating. Meant us getting a new system due to the Malware and Trojans infecting the computer. Ben said due to its age it would be better to do this rather than try to solve the old computer. When we were unsure whether a Malware Detector Programme was actually up and running he was happy to come back to check that all was well. I would really recommend Ben as he has the expertise to to get things up and running.

Ben has attended to my computer problems, new set ups and security for 4 years. He recently extended the wi-fi in my house and attached adapters to my television so that I can get Netflix, box sets etc. He always responds swiftly to my calls for help even during this Pandemic. He is patient, cheerful and courteous and also has the rare ability to explain technical details in lay language. I strongly recommend him.
