Julian and the team refurbished an en-suite bathroom for us over the course of a week. We'd used 'The Directory' for the recommendation as this has been the source of reliable and quality tradespersons for us in our 16 years in Warfield. It was a pleasure having Julian and Malcom working in our home. The tiles and fittings they proposed were excellent, the price was competitive and they are trustworthy, skilled workers who above all are very clean and tidy. We are delighted with the final result, the finish especially with grouting, painting and sealing is of a very high standard. Highly recommended and we will go straight to them again for our next indoor project.

I’m so glad I chose Suretouch from the little green book. They didn’t give me the cheapest of the 4 quotes I got but I immediately felt I could trust Julian. I gave him very basic guidance about what I wanted and he sent me links to all the units and tiles etc he chose for me. He and his brother Malcolm came every day for a fortnight, working through all day, and produced a beautiful and perfectly finished completely renovated bathroom - new units, lights, tiles, flooring, everything. I am delighted with it. There was no mess, no endless questions, no loud music. They took all the rubbish away every night and were at pains to leave my house tidy and clean every day. I cannot recommend Suretouch highly enough!

Julian and his brother added a free-standing shower into one of our bathrooms. Accessing the pipes required taking down and then making good plasterboard in the adjoining bedroom. Throughout their four days with us they were courteous, helpful and unfailingly tidy: we hardly knew they were in the house. We could not be happier with the quality of work they've done: everything from the shower installation, making good of holes in tiles, the edges between the shower and the adjacent bath and the re-plastering and painting is superbly well done. Their quote was competitive and we won't hesitate to use them again or give them the highest recommendation.

Julian and Malcolm recently completed a bathroom refurbishment for us. We asked them back as we were so pleased with the shower room they created for us previously. They are very reliable, courteous and professional, and work away quietly, always clearing up at the end of the day. Highly recommended.

Suretouch have just completed a full refurbishment of our garage annexe. This included relining walls and ceilings, raising/ insulating the floors, a kitchenette a bathroom and a full rewire. They have all the skills to do all this and were thoughtful and methodical in their approach. Everyday everything was left clean all the waste material dealt with and the job and finish is excellent.

They returned my call promptly and came out to quote quickly. The work was scheduled in good time, and they did an excellent repair job on our leaking shower and tiles. The work was very well done, and they cleaned up well afterwards. It was a pleasure to have Julian and his brother in the house.

Julian has just refurbished my dated cloakroom beautifully. First used Suretouch 7 years ago - Julian and Malcolm created the most perfect en-suite by combining an airing cupboard and bedroom cupboard, involving knocking down 2 walls,creating a new stud wall, cutting an opening in the external wall for a window and making a new airing cupboard (complete with hot water cylinder, pump and controls) in another bedroom, - all this before work could begin on the en-suite which was meticulously done as was the refurbishment of my main bathroom a year later. Have also carried out a variety of maintenance jobs both inside and out. Julian and Malcolm are workers of great skill and easy to have in the house - they work quietly and with such care, leaving everything absolutely immaculate each day. I have been delighted with all their work and highly recommend them.

Julian and Malcolm did an excellent job for us, first knocking through an archway from our lounge to the dining room which involved getting gas and water pipes moved as well as lighting. They also installed our new bathroom including tiling & performed necessary electrics for the lighting. They were both very professional and helpful with any questions that we had. They were very tidy and thorough in their approach with excellent results. We would definitely use them again.
