Super attention to detail! John has transformed our small outdated bathroom into a superb space with walk in shower, modern toilet and sink unit. Wall tiles and floor tiles, illuminated mirror and cabinet complete the look. We are delighted! John is professional, courteous and always on time. He explains everything and was upfront about the costs. He helped us choose the suite and advised on best use of space and colour schemes. We couldn’t fault him. Highly recommend him.

Highly recommended! John did a full refit on our bathroom and we were very happy with result. John gave good advise during the initial quote, listening to our requirements and suggesting various options, finally coming up with a design that suited what we wanted. During installation John was very punctual every morning and left the house clean and tidy every day. The job was finished on time, on budget (no hidden costs) and the quality of the workmanship was of a high standard. Can't really ask for more. We are very happy with the end result. Thanks John!

Having used John Bradbrook previously for my ensuite refurbishment I had no hesitation to ask him to do my downstairs cloakroom recently. The cloakroom was refurbished exactly as agreed and within the price and timescale. I especially like John's attention to detail to achieve the quality I expect. This is our 2nd time using John, he fitted our en-suite 4 years ago & its still as good as new. We engaged with him again for our small downstairs loo, & again he was excellent from start to finish. We thought we knew what we wanted, but with his guidance & first class workmanship the smallest room in the house has exceeded expectations. John is professional, tidy, reliable & works to a very high standard. He’s friendly, respectful & easy to have in the house. His attention to detail really shows, we chose small rectangular tiles & wanted ‘brick bond’ & are very pleased with the outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

John has completed work for us three times now, most recently re?fitting our downstairs cloakroom. As always, the quality of his workmanship and materials was excellent. We made a few changes to the original plan, and John made sure we were happy with everything before continuing. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. I recommend John without hesitation.

John recently refurbished my ensuite bathroom and i wanted to congratulate him on the very good job he made of it. The ensuite was completely changed with all new sanitary ware and cupboard units etc together with a new quadrant shower cubicle and the room fully tiled throughout. The work was carried out to a very good standard and i could not be more pleased with the finished product all within the agreed timescales and price. Thank you John!

I'm more than happy to provide feedback for John. He fitted a new bathroom and cloakroom for us back in 2018. So when we moved house in June 2025 and needed a new bathroom pronto, John was the first person we called. Just like before, John collaborated with us on the design, offering practical suggestions and alternatives for ideas that didn't quite work. The quality of his materials and fittings is top-notch, and his attention to detail is impressive. Plus, he's a very tidy worker who ensures everything is clean at the end of each day. We’re so thrilled with our new bathroom that we've already booked him for later this year to refit our cloakroom.

From the moment John saw the project, he aimed to provide us with the best it could possibly be for our budget. He was extremely open about costs and pricing, advising how best to achieve the best value for our money.
He is very knowledgeable in his trade from end to end: the design, the plumbing and the fixtures and fitting; so was able to explain the advantages and pitfalls throughout and advise on the best solutions for us. He listened to our wishes and moans, asked questions to determine all our preferences when using the bathroom, then, with a bit of give and take, came up with a design that suited us perfectly.
We've ended up with a superb new bathroom, fitted and tiled to the highest standard.
We would certainly use him again and comes highly recommended. -
I used J L Bradbrook to refit my main bathroom, my en-suite and my downstairs cloakroom. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He came on time every day and left each room tidy at the end of each day. He was very knowledgeable and guided me when I was unsure of the best layout in each room. He solved any problem he encountered (my house is an older house making the pipe work somewhat challenging in places) so that I had complete confidence in him and his work and I have been very happy with the beautiful results.
