Definitely scores 5 stars based on our experience. We invited Conrad Designer Bathrooms to do our bathroom renovation after we had seen what they produced for two of our close neighbours. Their service was excellent throughout - from the discussions about design through to the completion of our new bathroom. James is an excellent project manager, worked within the budget provided to us, and completed everything within the planned time. He communicated well throughout. We are very happy with our new bathroom and can strongly recommend Conrad Designer Bathrooms.

James is a highly talented bathroom designer and fitter.
We have installed three bathroom s with disservices over the last two years and all of the jobs presented challenges which were ably overcome.
We live in an ancient house, plumbing is always a challenge, but that combined with wonky walls and large oak beams makes installation in our period home not an easy job and to be successful real attention to detail is required; James is that person. We had innovative design, thorough and regular design and planning meetings, quality workmanship and incredible attention to detail.

An excellent eye for layout and aesthetics and precise attention to detail at every stage. The outcomes are stunning and functional delivered professionally on time and on budget. Friends suggested Conrad Designer Bathrooms, as they were very pleased with their en-suite the company had replaced. James completely renewed our family bathroom and did such a great job we quickly got them back to refurbish our en-suite.

James was prepared to visit and discuss the design and made a number of very helpful suggestions about the layout and bathroom furniture. He totally managed the project from start to finish and ensured it was completed to a very high standard at a competitive price. James has a real eye for design and detail and we highly recommend him.

We found Conrad Designer Bathrooms in The Little Green Book Directory of Excellence, and chose them because they offer a design service as well as bathroom fitting and finishing. James completely re-designed the bathroom for us, advising on layout as well as recommending furniture. The bathroom has been completed to a very high standard and we are very happy with the result. Recommended!

We decided to change our bathroom to a wet room and James and his team were the people we chose for the project.  It was not an easy task but James came up with a good plan and also suggested some ideas which we hadn’t thought of.  James worked very hard and kept us informed throughout. The project took just over two weeks and the planning and co-ordination of all the tilers, plasterers and electricians went like clockwork. We are so delighted with the finished product and would recommend James and his team to anyone who wants a beautiful, stylish and well finished bathroom/wet room. Thank you James.

I can only commend him on his professionalism, cleanliness, polite manner, time keeping, his high standard of workmanship.  It was a pleasure to have in our home. Not only did James build us a new En-Suite bathroom he had a good eye for design and was very trustworthy. He managed the entire project from start to finish which is most rare these days. I would have him do more projects in our house any time and can only recommend him.
