Roof was leaking, the guys came out and redid the flashing and cleaned my roof while there, best thing was they saw some drainage issues outside of our quote that and fixed them for free, I felt like they had pride as roofers and couldn't leave it like that, so I am very grateful. Really impressed and happy to know a good roofer.

We contacted MM Chilvers Roofing on the advice of a neighbour when we became aware of a leak in our garage. Within a few days Mr Chilvers came to assess the problem and recommend a solution, which he then carried out a few days after that. He was very professional, always prompt and left the area clean and tidy. We have had no further problem, despite some very heavy rain. We would thoroughly this firm.

I was recommended Michael by a friend. Michael assessed and quoted a fair price and was able to find a solution to access the roof where other firms hadn’t. He and the team came and fixed the slipped tiles really quickly and efficiently, he even charged less than the quoted amount as he was able to reuse the tiles. Excellent all round service from a really nice team. Would highly recommend them.

Following a recommendation from a friend, Michael and his team recently replaced all the ridge and hip tiles on my roof, as well as generally replacing any cracked and slipped tiles. At quote stage he offered me alternative solutions that others hadn't to provide a quality finish at a fair price. I'm really happy with the end result. The team were polite, efficient and tidy during the 2 days it took to complete. I would highly recommend.

Michael was one of the most professional and thorough tradespeople who have worked on my houses. Michael turned up exactly when he said he would. He did several jobs for me: re-pointed roof edges and ridge, installed Velux windows, took down aerial, installed new chimney cowl. Michael left the site very clean and took all the rubbish away. Nothing is too big a problem for Michael. I would highly recommend Michael and use his services again.

I would highly recommend him. He is certainly honest and professional. He did a flat roof on our extension, put a window in the side of our house and built us a small tiled porch to shield our front door. We could not fault the standard of his work. He is reliable and seems to love the job he does.  We would certainly recommend him and still do.

Mr Michael Chilvers is a very pleasant and hard working individual nothing was too much trouble and the work was carried out to a high standard. One thing which was pleasing all the mess was cleaned up after each visit. He also turned up at the time arranged. Also the materials which were used were of a good quality. He also answered all questions about the work which was being carried out. Mr Chilvers took down my old aerial which had been sliding across the roof tiles, also re-pointed the chimney and replaced all guttering and fascias, he also put an extra down pipe to allow me to have a water butt. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
