Caversham Roofing replaced my close-boarded roof, removing the old boards and fitting a breathable felt. My solar panels also needed taking off and replacing after completion with nets to stop the problem pigeons coming back. The job was carried out in some pretty bad weather but the team kept more or less to the timetable. Fabio even left the scaffolding in place for a few more days so I could get a pest control firm to fit spikes to deter the pigeons without the need to pay for scaffolding and he even removed two old unused aerials to save me having to pay the pest control firm to do it. The heavy rain had left mess everywhere; after the scaffolding was taken down Fabio sent along a window cleaner, who did an excellent job cleaning not only the windows and sills but even the render below the gutters. Nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend Caversham Roofing more highly.

Fabio was the first of three roofers we contacted to come and give us an estimate for replacing the old felt on a flat roof with torch on felt.. He was the promptest in giving us a slot. He and his team were punctual, efficient and considerate in carrying out the work. He readily discussed an unexpected problem with us. We were very satisfied.

Would definitely recommend Caversham Roofing. Fabio made an honest assessment of the repairs needed. He and Harry came out in awful weather and did a great job, at a reasonable price. Courteous, friendly and gave helpful advice. They left everything clean and tidy.

Having recently moved into our new home in Newbury, we were aware of the work that needed to be done on our roof. After getting in touch with Caversham Roofing, Fabio came to asses our roof. Fabio informed us that a whole new roof was unnecessary and quality repair work was more than sufficient saving us a much larger cost. The work undertaken included removing all moss, replacing broken tiles and lead flashing, and cleaning and clearing our gutters. Fabio and his team were professional, polite, approachable and trustworthy. Fabio contacted us a week or so after the job was completed to ensure we were happy customers.

Fabian attended our property to repair a flat roof at the rear of our property above our bathroom. His professionalism, integrity and standard of work was impeccable, i was so impressed that he was able to show us the work that needed to be done and the completed work with a drone. Fabio and his team at Caversham Roofing installed a pitched roof for our newly built Annexe. The team were very professional and friendly throughout the entire process. Fabio visited our home to discuss the work we required and provided a detailed fee and plan that we thought was reasonable and clear. He answered any questions we had on the fee, materials and process in a timely manner. We then agreed a date and timescale for completion of the work, which was adhered to with the exception of one day due to bad weather, but this was clearly communicated to us by Fabio. We would strongly recommend Caversham Roofing for those looking for a reliable, friendly and transparent roofer in the local area (we are based in Sonning).
