I had a big disappointment, waiting 1,5 hrs for a locksmith that never turned up, and clearly abused Covid as a reason. No apologies, no courtesy call to apologise...
I contacted Keytek, where the whole contact-procedure was already a relief! After a rescheduled appointment he turned up on time, was very knowledgable, explained everything.
We have to wait for new locks for our Village Notice Board, but I have trust that all will be fixed as hoped for. IF I ever need a locksmith again, it will be Keytek.... -
Hopefully will not lock myself out again but if I do I will definitely use this company. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and took her time in explaining all the costs for different situations and the young man who came, within the 30 minutes, was like ‘fast Eddie’, brilliant.

Very fast response to my call and good communication re arrival time Thank you. Knowing that someone was coming to help secure my home was very reassuring. Engineer was quick, knowledgeable and explained what the problem was.

Reassuring when things go wrong and you are already stressed.The telephone operator was clear, precise and was able to reassure me that I would get help and service within the hour. I had a house for sale and viewing within two hours of locking myself out, at my bins with no phone, coat or keys. My neighbour kindly lent her phone and directory so that I could get the locksmith. When he arrived it was a relief to get an expert who was friendly, reassuring and efficient. Great service, thank you.

Provided a call-back as asked, kept me informed as to where they were and how soon they would arrive, knew exactly what they needed to do and got on with it, completing the work efficiently and at a high standard.
