This firm has completed two installations for me in Maidenhead in the past year to my complete satisfaction. The first contract was for the supply and installation of a new domestic heating system. This involved the removal of the existing boiler and the replacement of a number of radiators. The system was fitted with a new condensing boiler and circulating pump and is now a pressurised system. All radiators being fitted with thermostatic control valves. The system was flushed and then filled and inhibitor added. The system was then adjusted and tested before completion. The second contract was for the supply and installation of a domestic water softener. All the work was completed to an agreed time schedule and at the quoted cost estimate. The work involved both electrical and plumbing skills as well as some brickwork. All the work was completed to a high professional standard by Mr Gibson and his staff. The work was carried out with the minimum of mess and with all debris being removed from site by skip.

Gibson Heating Services contracted to install a new heating system in my flat; it consisted of a condensing boiler, new pipe work and radiators in each room. The work also involved removing the old built in warm air system, hot water cylinder, cold tank and associated pipe work. The men worked hard and did an excellent job with care for the property, consideration and good humour.

Thank you for the excellent work recently completed at the above address. You worked to the agreed price and time and your colleagues, Phil and Luke, did a very professional job – clean and tidy; Phil in particular, gave good advice as to ongoing recommendations e.g. better positioning of the new boiler and vertical flu, sitting of the thermostat and fitting of appropriate radiator stats. It was the hottest time of the year, but the work proceeded coolly. I have now received the various registration documents from Worcester Bosch and Corgi. Finally, we look forward to a warmer, more efficient house – come this winter. See you next year for the annual service.
