Glen Robertson recently built a patio for me, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He and his men did a superb job! The finished product is exactly what we wanted and is of a very high quality indeed. They worked quickly, efficiently and left my garden tidy and clean, taking all rubbish and mess with them. They even hosed down the parking space they used for their lorry! All of the men were polite and worked hard to complete the job speedily but thoroughly.
I had several quotes for this job and not only was Mr. Robertson's the most competitive, but he was the one I felt most comfortable with working in my home. I would recommend him without reservation and would certainly hire him in the future.

…I called him and he arrived to survey the job at the agreed time and date.
We discussed and exchanged ideas for what was to be done to the garden and patio with both parties listening and neither forcing their ideas on the other which was important for me. I certainly have my own ideas but also like to listen to suggestions and Glen offered plenty.

Glen told me that he would quote for the job and send it through within the following 48-hour period which he did. We then agreed a date for him to start and again there were no surprises, he started on the date and time that we agreed. For the job, he chose quality materials, 'RoLawn' turf for the grass and Indian sandstone for the patio. In both cases, he was happy for me to source my own materials if I was unhappy with the costs he provided. The guys that he brought to do the job were always respectful which was extremely important to me as my wife and two young children were in the house at the time of the work.

The last week of the job straddled a public holiday weekend which meant that the children would not be able to use the garden. I mentioned this to Glen who offered to bring in more guys to the job so that the patio was laid and completed before the holiday weekend enabling the kids to enjoy their new garden. The lawn has now taken and looks excellent. All of our visitors comment on how much bigger the garden looks and the quality of the work. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.
