We just wanted to drop you a line to say how pleased we were with the flooring in the kitchen. We think Mark and his ‘partner’ went above and beyond the call of duty to make everything right for us after all the problems we had had with our builder. There is a small area not covered that Mark says he will rectify when he returns to do other work. He couldn’t cover this area as there were under floor heating wires everywhere but they have now been made to disappear.
How refreshing to deal with a company offering such a wonderful service.
