The classic Exmouth seafood menu has expanded to incorporate well-sourced local meats, under the guidance of French chef Olivier Guyard. Olivier brings with him experience from Woodbury Park (where he won their first AA rosette); the Barcelona Hotel in Exeter, and Michelin-starred restaurants in France and England. Otter Brewery’s first pub, which enjoyed an excellent write-up in the Telegraph (see here), and has been well recommended to us for being “consistently good with lovely staff”.
